Shipping and Delivery Information for Sedobi Supplements


At Sedobi Supplements, we believe in providing you with transparent and reliable shipping and delivery services. Here's what you need to know:


Shipment Processing Time:


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high order volumes, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience, and we'll notify you via email or telephone if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:


Our standard international shipping rate for registered mail is EUR 4.75 per shipment. Please note that postal shipments can be slower and less reliable.

Enjoy free registered mail shipping on orders over €100.

For orders exceeding €150, we offer free courier shipping to most EU destinations.

Orders above €500 qualify for free courier shipping worldwide.


Consider Your Local Postal Service:


We understand that postal service quality can vary worldwide. Please consider your local provider's reliability when estimating shipping times.

Generally, we do not recommend postal services due to their inconsistent nature.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:


We ship to all addresses, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but this option is available for postal shipment only. Courier shipments require a street address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:


Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking information will activate within 24 hours.

Tracking is available to most destinations, unless your local postal service does not offer this service.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

If you're shipping outside the EU, please be aware that your local customs authorities may impose import duties and taxes.

Sedobi Supplements is not responsible for these fees, unless your chosen shipment method explicitly covers them. Notify us if you require specific shipment documentation.

Damages During Shipping:


While we're not liable for shipping damages or losses, we'll assist you in the claims process.

Contact the carrier to file a claim for damaged products.

In cases of lost shipments, our postal service provider covers up to EUR 120.00, and courier shipments are subject to the courier's liability limit.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.

Returns:


You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unused item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with an unbroken seal, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:


Once we receive your item in good condition, we'll process your refund, excluding shipping costs.

In the event of our mistake, we'll refund both the product price and shipping costs in both directions.

Refund processing times may vary based on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for Returns:


You're responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We only accept returns with prepaid shipping; collect shipments will not be accepted.
